Join Kathy Gould, Ph.D, Professor, Department of Cell and Developmental Biology and Associate Dean for Biomedical Sciences and Beth Bowman, Ph.D., Assistant Director, Graduate Programs in Biomedical Sciences, as they shares tips and strategies for mentoring undergraduate and rotation students. Learning how to help others learn, grow, and be more effective will also help you to succeed. In this session we will explore the preparation and approaches that will lead to a positive mentoring experience and help you develop your mentoring skills during your PhD training.
