It's Founder's Day/Alumni Reunion Weekend!

We are pleased to announce Founder's Day/Alumni Reunion Weekend has been reinstated to May as we celebrate the reunion class years ending in 3's and 8's. Join us on campus for fun and memory making throughout the weekend. We have reunion activities, awards banquets, music, food, pure Lincoln love, and so much more!

When you arrive on campus, be sure to check-in at the Alumni Welcome Center & Check-in area so you can receive your welcome packet, schedule updates, and more! Signing in will let everyone know that you've arrived!.

 Apartment Style Living Lobby Area

 Photo ID is required to pick-up room key(s).

 Check-in: Friday, May 4, 2018 – 3 p.m. – 12 a.m.

 Check-in: Saturday, May 5, 2018 – 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

 Check-out: Sunday, May 6, 2018 – 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.


Is there a minimum night stay?

Yes, all reservations required a two night minimum stay. The room rates reflect a Friday check-in and Sunday check-out.


Where do I go when I arrive on campus?

The Apartment Style Living is the official headquarters for the Founder’s Day/Alumni Reunion Weekend. Room keys will be distributed and returned to this location for those staying in Apartment Style Living (ASL).


What is the check-out process?

Please remove all personal items and excess trash from your room and return the room to its original condition.

You will be provided with an express check-out envelope. Please take the completed envelope with keys enclosed to the ASL Lobby area. Keys not returned will be subject to a $200 non-return fee per key.


What type of amenities is in Apartment Style Living?

Apartment Style Living has multi-bedroom suites with a common living room, kitchenette area and shared bathrooms. Each bedroom has one twin bed, desk and desk chair. The living area has couch, loveseat, table and four chairs. The kitchenette area has a sink and cabinet space. Rooms are not equipped with kitchen appliances. There are two full bathrooms with a tub in one and a stand-up shower in the other. The building has two elevators.


When do I find out my housing assignments?

On-campus housing will be assigned randomly on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will receive their room assignment upon check-in.


Why do I need to present Photo ID to pick-up room key(s)?

For the safety of the campus security, we require photo identification to ensure we are aware of those staying on campus. Showing photo identification ensures the keys are distributed to the individual assigned to the room.


Can couples stay in one room?

Apartment Style Living has one twin in each individual bedroom within a suite. Couples may be comfortable staying in separate rooms.


What is provided in the rooms?

The rooms are equipped with bed linen, pillow, towel, and wash cloth for each guest. Toiletries are not provided.


Are the on-campus accommodations air-conditioned?

Yes, Apartment Style Living has air-conditioning.


Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available in the adjacent lots. Parking permits are not required.


What happens if I lose my room key or become locked out of my on-campus room?

The person that registered for the room may report to Public Safety to be let into the room. Lost and non-returned keys are subject to a $200 fee per key.


Is housekeeping services provided? 

There are no housekeeping services or linen exchange available during reunion weekend. Guests may discard excess trash in the dumpsters located outside the building.


Is Wi-Fi available in the residence halls?

Yes, the University has free internet under the network LU_Open_Access.
