In 'Planning for End of Life', you can speak to St Luke's staff and each other in open and sensitive conversations regarding your wishes for end of life care. This may include your wishes in relation to will making, power of attorney, your thoughts on resusciation, preferred place of care, support available and funeral planning.

Many people tell us they feel relieved making end of life decisions in advance. Conversations will be at your own pace as we recognise this is a difficult subject.
