About this event
California is home to a variety of incredible trees! Join Los Angeles consulting arborist Alison Lancaster for a special walk-and-talk that centers the learning around the trees in the TPF gardens. Some of these trees include sycamores, Torrey pine, palo verde, Santa Cruz Island ironwood, and more. The talk will cover a range of topics such as pruning, watering, planting, pests and diseases, and be guided by audience questions. You will leave this class with deeper insight about the trees we live alongside with!
We encourage you to bring photos and questions about your own trees at home.
Join us in the morning for Alison's Understanding Oaks walk-and-talk and spend the day learning about CA native trees!
