Mysore Class is a so called ‘individual practice’ where both beginners and advanced are welcome. Usually Mysore Practice takes 60 – 90 minutes.
Come anytime Monday - Thursday between 7:00 and 7:15 (on Wednesdays between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m.) but make sure that you finish your practice a few minutes before 8:45 (or at 10:15 on Wednesdays) to leave the shala on time.
If you have never practiced Ashtanga Mysore before, the teacher will guide you throught the practice.
