Traditional hatha flow with rhythmic pranayama, mantras and mudras to improve your strength and flexibility. Focuses on angamardhana to prepare your body for advanced kriya to uplift levels of consciousness. Sequence include prayer, sun salutations, back bending, front bending, balancing, stretching asanas followed by shavasana. Flow designed for all levels
