ASEHE Annual Conference

Join us in the beautiful Orlando area as Rollins College hosts ASEHE's 4th annual conference. A "boutique" conference experience, typically serving up to 150 attendees, provides you the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals in higher education committed to service excellence. Research shows that institutions who engage in enhancing service excellence through customer service see increased retention of students and employees- and we all need this more than ever. Conference registration includes breakfast and lunch both conference days, as well as snacks and a reception on day one.

ASEHE values diversity, equity and inclusion in all forms and stands by our member institutions who do the same. Last year we reached out to one of our founding member institutions, Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, about hosting our annual conference. We are thrilled to bring ASEHE ’23 to Rollins, an institution known nationally as a pillar of service excellence in higher education. During this tumultuous time in Florida politics, ASEHE is committed to our higher education colleagues in the sunshine state who are dedicated to the same ideals we uphold. We stand behind the individuals at Florida institutions who are working diligently to navigate how to deliver service excellence every day and look forward to seeing many of them in person at ASEHE ’23.
