We are so excited to bring you, "Cinco de Moab" our 2017 Spring Rendezvous in the Desert. This annual lady adventure is held every spring in one of the most unique and beautiful destinations on earth -Moab, Utah. 3 Days - 2 Nights | 200+ Ladies | 20+ Activities | 1 Location

Trail Running, Hiking, Yoga, Group Mountain Biking, Open water SUP clinics with RVR 2 RVR, Group Hiking, Rock Climbing(Bouldering), Mountain Bike shuttles with Moab Rim Tour Guides, Slacklining, Lazy Rafting/River Tubing, Firesides, Inspirational Speakers, Sponsored Giveaways, Yummy Food and a whole lot of Lady Fun!

What To Expect?

When you arrive at "Camp Rendezvous" you will first check in with our amazing crew. At check in, you will be able to start signing up for events and activities right away. The sign up rosters will have a cap size for every individual activity, but those options and all Rendezvous details will be sent to each lady prior in a PDF specifically for participant eyes only. This packet will cover the schedule of events, details of the weekend including specific event instructions, what to bring from home and more. This year we will also be having round the clock time slots for many of the most popular activities, allowing everyone to get out and after what they want!

This year we are even offering upgrade and add-on specials that will be offered soon.

* Participants will now have the option in purchasing an open water SUP clinic on the Colorado River through RvR 2 RvR if this is something you would like to try, please look for details in the Closed Facebook group specific to Rendezvous Participants only. You will be added to this group after ticket purchase. Details below*

* Participants will also have the option of purchasing a guided shuttle ride of Porcupine Rim or Mag 7 with our friends over at Rim Tours of Moab. These instructors have been made available for our group only. This is for intermediate to advanced riders only. Limited spots. Details found in MTB section*

What is RvR 2 RvR?

RVR 2 RVR was inspired by ASDT Ambassador Natali Zollinger and Brittany Parker, two passionate women who consider themselves stewards of the river. They travel around the world providing paddlers with the tools to understand and enjoy their local waterways.

These limited classes will be available directly from RvR 2 RvR and specifically for our ASDT Rendezvous. These classes are in addition and not included in the Rendezvous participant ticket. There will be 2 clinics, one offered Saturday from 11am-3pm and one offered Sunday 11am-3pm. Each clinic will be able to have 12 participants with gear included.

Salomon Shoe Demo

Have you ever wanted to give Trail Running a try? Our ASDT Ambassador and Salomon Rep Stephanie Gardner will be leading some Salomon running shoe demos! Try on multiple pairs of Salomon running shoes, get some crazy good discounts and see which ones you fall in love with...you might even win a pair at our Sponsored Raffle!


Climbing(Bouldering)

As one of the definite highlights during our last Rendezvous in Moab, Bouldering is back at Big Bend! If you are new to climbing, Bouldering is pure Rock Climbing stripped down to its raw essentials. Leaving behind ropes and harnesses and just using climbing shoes and a bag of chalk. Climbers move over safety mats called crash pads and use spotters for safety. The challenge is to climb short but tricky Boulder "problems" (a route, or sequence of moves) using balance, technique, strength, and your brain.

You don't need experience or lots of expensive kit to have a go - making it really easy to get into if you've never tried it before.

The climbs are high enough to be exciting, but not so high that they're hugely intimidating. Using safety mats means that the risks of falling off can be managed, and leaving the ropes behind means that you are free to concentrate on the climbing, not the equipment. It's just you, the wall, and your friends on the ground egging you on.

We will be Bouldering Friday and Saturday and helping ladies become familiar with climbing outside. Please bring your crash pad and climbing shoes if you have them!


Yoga

Every morning we will start the day with a yoga flow for those who wish to participate. Please bring your own mat :) Our Yogi's are well trained and certified for instructing both relaxing & heart pumping flows. With a backdrop we have greeting us at Camp Rendezvous every morning, you may just find yourself in Savasana before the flow ever begins.

Hiking

No matter what time of year you decide to visit Moab, one thing is for sure, you can always go hiking on their hundreds of popular trails. We enjoy taking big groups to arches, windows, open views, and hidden valleys. Experiencing Moab, with new friends will be magical for all. The ability level is for all active women, you will be glad you chose the hikes as they are always a first for someone!

Mountain Biking

Take advantage of multiple group rides that introduce you to slick rock(not slick lol) and the miles of beauty in this natural playground! We will have a cap of 15 riders per group ride for safety & quality reasons. Each morning ride will be focused on beginner-intermediate and each afternoon ride will be focused on intermediate-advance riding. You will need your own bike, helmet, water & flat repair kit with your correct tire size.

If you are interested in reserving a spot for Porcupine Trail or Mag 7 via Moab Rim Tours, please keep a lookout for details being posted in our private Rendezvous Participant Facebook Group. This is not included in our ticket but will be offered to intermediate to advance riders only.

Friday: 9-13 riders $63 per person. This includes; shuttle to and from a more moderate trail, snacks, 2 certified instructors

Saturday: 9-13 riders $94.40 per person for a guided tour of Porcupine Rim. This includes; shuttle to and from the trail, snacks, 2 certified inctructors.

Friday Evening Fiesta

This evening we will be gathering together to celebrate in ASDT Cinco de Moab style, which basically means an excuse to have Food and a dance party!! We will be eating dinner at camp with a fun ASDT Welcome provided by the ASDT Ambassadors. After dinner, we will be making our way to a private cave decorated and lit just for us by our sponsor Goal Zero! Bring your best fiesta dancing apparel and be prepared for a an unforgettable evening!!

Saturday Evening Rendezvous..

After dinner, participants will join with special guest speakers around the fire, who will share stories of inspiration, victory, and challenges, Hear from the people behind ASDT and even share perhaps some yourself.

Lodging.

We are among hundreds of trees perfect for Tentsiles and Hammocks until our hearts content! Feel free to sleep in your camper van, Hammock, tent, or limited trailer spots. This campground is along the Colorado river and placed perfect between the red cliffs. Yes, you heard that right! Under the stars, in a tent, with 200 other incredible women who are looking for a re-charge weekend filled with unforgettable memories.

As you arrive Friday morning, we will have assigned ASDT Crew members waiting to assist and help you get settled in. If this is your first time camping, maybe not with your partner who normally sets up the gear, now is your chance to break out of your comfort zone and learn how to set up camp with the raddest ladies around!!

For your convenience we have access to flush able toilets, running water, $5 showers in a less than 3 min walk or 30 sec drive. We have 5 water spigots with fresh spring water right on our property. We will have multiple portable potty's around camp to make it extra convenient for all 200 participants. This is such a perfect place!



Carpool

When you purchase your Rendezvous ticket, you will have access to our private Rendezvous FB group page. Here you can ask any question, make a new friend and carpool, and stay in touch with the many ladies you will have the opportunity of calling life long friends. This is a great way to keep the fire going long after the Rendezvous!

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations made before April 5th will receive a Full Refund.

Cancellations made April 6th- April 14th will receive Half Refund.

Cancellations made after April 15th or later will receive No Refund.

Weather and Illness is not accepted for a Refund. You may transfer tickets to a new participant, however, dietary restrictions might be limited in that short of time.
