Join us as we cover both the ASC 842 new leasing requirements and implementation in addition to ASC 606 revenue recognition.

ASC 842 Leasing: Effectus Group has developed practical solutions for the implementation of the new lease standard. Our focus will go beyond accounting as we provide real-world implementation solutions to prepare your company.

The new ASC 842 Lease Standard has an impact on virtually every company. The implementation of this new standard directly affects financial operations and financial reporting, and could have additional indirect impacts. The lease standard is effective January 1, 2020 for private companies.

ASC 606 Revenue: Effectus Group has completed numerous ASC 606 revenue recognition adoption projects for private companies. Based on our experience from those projects, our team has developed a comprehensive training that goes beyond the standard accounting as we provide real-world adoption solutions to prepare companies for the adoption.

The new ASC 606 Revenue Standard represents a significant change in accounting principles that will affect virtually all entities that enter into contracts with customers. The adoption of this new standard may directly affect an entity's operations and financial reporting, with potential indirect impact as well. The revenue standard is effective in 2019 for private companies.

Ensure your company is on track to meet the adoption deadline!
