Brenda Storer

Brenda is a Silicon Valley native who moved to NYC to escape the tech scene and pursue a creative career. But after trading coasts, she discovered that tech is actually really creative and pretty awesome. She’s been making websites since the early days of Geocities and professionally for the past decade. Now, Brenda works at thoughtbot where she collaborates with clients from various industries to design & build custom web applications. She loves being an active member of the NYC tech community, helping organize local front-end meetups.

Amélie Lamont
Product Designer / thoughtbot

Amélie Lamont is a product designer and writer based in Brooklyn, NY. She specializes in using cultural studies and design anthropology to inform her design process. She’s also the co-founder of Good for PoC and creator of The Guide to Allyship, two resources aimed at helping marginalized communities. She’s had the honor of presenting her research and work at places such as The White House, The Great Discontent, Etsy, Twitter, Dropbox and Cooper. When she’s not designing or writing, you can find Amélie doing yoga, serving her community, watching Korean dramas, or gathering energy for her next Kamehameha wave.

Fiona is the Lead Product Designer of Bontouch’s NYC studio. Bontouch is a Swedish award-winning digital design and innovation agency that partners with some of the worlds largest brands – bringing transformative digital solutions to their services.
