####

The large amounts of special interest money flooding our political system this elections cycle is corrosive to our ideals as a representative democracy, and contributes to the partisan polarization that prevents our leaders from addressing the nation’s most pressing challenges. Solutions include campaign finance disclosure, small donor citizen funded elections, and state level efforts such as Colorado’s Amendment 65 initiative that will be before voters in November.
