Please note that the event is presented for you to walk around the embassy, meet other guests, as well as embassy staff during the dinner reception, as you discover Aruba. Kindly note that though there will be limited seating, the event is not presented as a seated function. The event will be presented rain, shine, or snow and event details are subject to change.

Arrival at the Embassy/Agenda

6:00 PM VIP Admission commences.

7:00 PM General Admission commences

9:30 PM Event Concludes

Parking is limited to street parking in the vicinity of the Embassy. Uber or other transportation service is highly recommended, as parking in the vicinity of the embassy is extremely limited.

Due to an Embassy renovation, visitors must enter the premises through the back gate, by walking up the driveway on 2501 Upton St, NW.

Due to renovations taking place at the embassy, all guests are required to arrive for the event by 7:45 PM, as the embassy is unable to admit guests to the event after 7:45 PM.

Due to security and space considerations, you must reserve a ticket in advance to attend. Please arrive with photo ID that matches the name on your reservation. Due to strict security considerations all guest must have a reservation and photo ID to attend. Absolutely no door sales.

Aruba is a small Caribbean island, nestled in the heart of the Southern Caribbean. Aruba is home to beautiful white-sand beaches, cooling trade winds and the warmest people in the world. Aruba is 19.6 miles long and 6 miles across and home to 110,000 residents representing more ten 90 nationalities.

Aruba has a consistent air temperature of about 80 Degrees all year long with a nice breeze. For the nature lovers, Aruba is much more than just beach, casino and partying. The Arikok National Park is the home of many Indian caves, exotic trees and birds and reef protected coves.

By participating in the event, you agree to release, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability for personal injury, including death, and property damage that arise out of the activity.

By participating in the event, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, not to make negligence claims against International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers for losses, debts, demands and/or damages for personal injuries or wrongful death suffered as a result of participation in the activity.

You understand and agree that by taking part in this ticketed activity will have the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that you may have or have had, whether past, present, or future, whether known or unknown, and whether anticipated or unanticipated by you, arising out of your participation. This release constitutes a complete release, discharge, and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers.

You understand and agree that by participating in this ticketed activity, you are to release, indemnify and hold International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers harmless from any and all liability or costs, including attorney fees, associated with or arising from your participation in activities.

You also agree to convey these terms to your guests and ensure their acceptance and agreement of these terms prior to attending the event.
