Sunday 13th July | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | YourSpace Community Garden, Sutton
A calming community event exploring mindfulness, nature, creativity, and seasonal wellbeing through collage-making.

Join us in the heart of the YourSpace Community Garden for another gentle and uplifting morning designed to support your mental and emotional wellbeing. This peaceful outdoor session provides an opportunity to pause, connect, and nourish both body and mind. Lets be creative together.

🌿 What to Expect:
🎨 Creative arts & crafts activities inspired by nature — slow, expressive, and suitable for all ages
🥗 Plant-based refreshments to enjoy, along with tips on seasonal nutrition to support mental wellbeing, energy, and mood
🧠 Time and space to reflect, connect with others, and enjoy the calm of being in nature

This workshop is part of our wider commitment to mental health awareness, especially during the changing seasons when many of us feel the impact most. It’s a moment to slow down, create something, and reconnect with what matters — in a safe, welcoming garden space. By popular demand, this is our second session.
