Description

As part of our Artsmark support programme, we are pleased to offer you an individual support session with one of our expert trainers. This session is designed to be used before you submit your final Case Study to Arts Council England, to help ensure your Case Study gives the best possible reflection of your work.

This is an optional opportunity that needs to be booked in advance. In order for our trainer to support you as well as possible in the time allocated, we ask all schools to submit their Statement of Commitment and a draft Case Study AT LEAST two weeks before their support session.

Please note:

  • Your telephone feedback session will run for no longer than 30 minutes, as trainers will have other timed support sessions booked.
  • You will need to provide a direct dial phone number and ensure you are available to receive the call at the specified time. Late engagement will reduce the amount of time available for feedback.
  • You will be required to provide us with your Statement of Commitment and draft Case Study in Word document format (as opposed to PDF) two weeks before your appointment. This will allow our Trainer to review and collate feedback ready to deliver during your allotted time. Without this information your appointment will have to be cancelled.
  • This is a one-time opportunity. If you need to cancel we will allow you to rebook if you provide us with a least 15 days’ notice.
  • Bookings close two weeks before each date.
