About this event
Research shows that nature can have a significant impact on the nervous system and cortisol levels. In a time of heightened uncertainty, we will turn to art making with natural materials as a way to connect with nature and engage with mindfulness.Materials: Please collect natural materials to bring to this session. Examples include, but are not limited to leaves, twigs, rocks/pebbles and seed pods.
Additionally, bring your favorite art medium (permanent markers, watercolors, oil pastels, etc.) and surface to work on (paper, canvas panel, cardboard, etc.).
