Description

Join Certified French Master Baker, Didier Rosada from Uptown Bakers as he walks participants through the process of making delicious, authentic Artisan breads. Topics covered will include ingredient selection, fermentation time, mixing, shaping, and baking. He will discuss equipment choices to ensure a full understanding of what goes into making true artisan breads and the latest trends in artisan baking.

Attendees will tour the amazing culinary facility at Carlos Rosario International Career Center and learn more from Chef Sebastien Lamerre about their service to the community. Light refreshments will be served as well as tasting of the delicious breads from Uptown Bakers. Space is limited to the first 25 attendees. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Since this event will take place during school hours, on-site parking will be limited. Options are to park a few blocks away by Rhode Island Ave., Metro and the nearby CVS, both of which are approximately a five-minute walk from the school.
