Join us on 22 November for a very special workshop to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women .

About this Event

Join us on 22 November for a very special workshop to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women (25 Nov).

Run by International artist and activist Salma Zulfiqar -the workshop will use a combination of art, conversation and networking to connect women from diverse backgrounds through creative expression. You will create your own artwork and engage in discussion on how we can make women safer in our communities.

This is an event for young women and adults to create a safe space for sharing.

The work of  award winning artist Salma Zulfiqar has also been celebrated in a new book: Once Upon in Birmingham: Women Who Dared to Dream.

This event will be held in in the Group Space , Royal Museums Greenwich  National Maritime Museum |

Materials will be supplied. Refreshments will be served. No experience required.
