Art & Wellbeing Sessions in Brighton
Overview
Take some time for yourself and explore the positive connection between creativity and wellbeing. These sessions are designed for anyone who wants to relax, recharge, and reconnect with their creative side in a supportive and friendly environment.
What to Expect
Each session offers the chance to:
- Experiment with a range of art materials and techniques — from drawing and painting to mixed media and creative mark-making.
- Work in your own personal sketchbook, building a collection of ideas, textures, and colours that grow over time.
- Be guided through creative prompts that encourage self-expression, reflection, and mindfulness.
- Share the joy of making in a small group, while also having plenty of space for personal exploration.
No previous art experience is needed — just curiosity and openness. These workshops are about process, not perfection.

About the Tutor
I am an artist and educator who studied Fine Arts and Art Education in Italy, completing a Bachelor’s degree in Painting with a specialisation in oil painting and a Master’s degree in Art Education. Over the past six years, I have designed and delivered a wide range of art workshops, wellbeing sessions, and heritage-related projects, with a particular focus on using creativity as a tool for connection and self-expression.
In my teaching, I combine my professional expertise with a gentle and inclusive approach, encouraging participants to progress at their own pace. I strongly believe in the transformative power of art and heritage to enhance wellbeing and deeply emphasise the joy of experimentation and discovery, rather than on producing perfect results.
