Event description
Artist Tom Everhart, world renowned for his Charles Schulz-influenced paintings, will speak on art, his creative process and inspiration.

About this Event

Deepen your connection to CMATO’s “Empathy: Beneath the Surface” exhibition with a talk from the dynamic and prolific painter, Tom Everhart, whose larger than life paintings straddle the line between the comfortably familiar and a new way of seeing.

The only fine artist officially permitted to create works using the characters of Charles Schulz’s Peanuts, Everhart has carried Schulz’s comic strip creations into the fine art realm and exhibited his large-scale, Schulz-inspired paintings around the world. The artist will discuss empathy, the role of art in fostering understanding and his relationship with the beloved Peanuts creator.

Admission is free for CMATO members and $10 for non-members.
