Peroni Nastro Azzurro's House of Peroni is proud to present: Art Production Fund in conversation with Rising Industry Leaders

Art Production Fund will lead a conversation with a dynamic group of industry disruptors and thought leaders at the House of Peroni. The panelists, who span across industries, are igniting conversation and systematic change, truly defining what makes style imaginative, contemporary, creative self-expression.

The discussion will center on contemporary style, and how they are working to push us towards a brighter more thoughtful future.

PANELISTS:

Dee Poku: A former Hollywood studio executive, Poku is the Co-Founder and CEO of WIE (Women Inspiration and Enterprise), a leadership network whose mission is to support women in their career ambitions by providing real world learning via unique access to established business leaders. She is also the founder of The Other Festival, a new platform designed to showcase female makers and creators. @deepoku

Karen Robinovitz: Karen Robinovitz is largely credited for creating the influencers movement having started the first talent management dedicated to social media personalities. She launched Digital Brand Architects in 2010 and turned it into a 50-employee company with 70M in annual revenue in 7 years. Karen spent a decade as a journalist, hence her rich content, story telling background. She is author to three books, has produced a television pilot for BRAVO and works as on-air talent for morning shows across the country. She has consulted for brands like Estee Lauder Companies, American Express, Volvo, Coach and Tiffany & Co., focusing on digital and content strategy; she is known for her huge thinking and forward ideation. Karen served on the Board of Directors of the Social Media Advertising Consortium (SMAC) and is currently on the Board of Advisors of the Brooklyn Museum. She recently sold her shares of DBA to focus on some new projects, to be announced soon. @karenrabinovitz

Elise Peterson: Founder and co-host of Cool Moms Podcast and host of MANE on Now This News, Peterson is also a writer, visual artist and children's book illustrator living in NYC. Her written work doubles as storytelling and investigating the nuance of identity and sexuality as it relates to marginalized communities. Her multidisciplinary visual work is informed by the past, reimagined in the framework of the evolving notions of technology, intimacy and cross-generational narratives. Socially, it is her aim to continue to use art as a platform for social justice while making art accessible for all through exhibitions of public work and beyond. @eliserpeterson

Camilla Marcus: A native Angeleno and adopted New Yorker, Camilla Marcus is committed not only to bridging her two favorite cities, but also giving back to the community. With the launch of west~bourne, an accidentally vegetarian and decidedly mindful concept in SoHo, Camilla cultivates her passions for design and dishes along with the deals and dirt it’s all built upon to make an impact. An artist and cook at heart with a background in business development, law, and investing, Camilla has helped bring to life some of New York’s beloved neighborhood restaurants, including dell’anima, Riverpark, and the reopened Union Square Café. Formerly the Director of Business Development for Union Square Hospitality Group, Camilla has also worked in real estate investing for Colony Capital and CIM Group. With west~bourne, she is now both the investor and the entrepreneur, committed to rethinking what it means to be a good neighbor through the lens of hospitality. Camilla is also the co-founder of TechTable, a hospitality technology thought leadership platform, and a partner of Pound for Pound Consulting, a boutique strategic and creative agency for hospitality-related initiatives. She received a JD/MBA from New York University, an AA from the International Culinary Center, and a BS from The Wharton School. She is also a mentor in residence for TechStars New York and a board member for Wellness in the Schools in New York City. @_camillaruth_

About House of Peroni

This year, the annual multi-city event that brings style to the world of beer, partners with non-profit organization Art Production Fund as curator. The experience will celebrate a dynamic mix of forward-thinking artists and creatives across NYC, LA, Miami and DC.

Immerse yourself in an interactive installation from renowned artist and architectural designer, Jenny Sabin and her practice, Jenny Sabin Studio. Winner of the 2017 Museum of Modern Art’s PS1 Young Architects Program, her creation for House of Peroni, titled LUSTER, explores new paths for innovative architecture that seeks to be mindful, socially engaging and ever changing.

Originating in London in 2012, House of Peroni arrived stateside in New York City in September 2016, bringing unique experiences, curated by creative visionaries, to stylish US consumers. Since then, photographer and filmmaker Francesco Carrozzini and GRAMMY award-winning musician and artist St. Vincent have acted as curators, using their own unique approach to celebrate and provide a platform to leaders in art, culture, and design. Tastemakers and artists such as Catherine Martin, Vanessa Beecroft, Robert Montgomery, David Byrne, Max Cooper, Lauren Machen and more have been featured as fellow collaborators.
