About this event

The Art of Silence retreat is a wonderful opportunity to gain deep rest and explore the depths of your own mind, body and spirit without the normal distractions of everyday life.

Breathing, Meditation, Silence and Wisdom

The course includes a delightful mix of restorative breathing, daily yoga, ancient knowledge, silence and uniquely powerful guided meditations. Many participants have reported experiencing dramatic shifts in awareness, greater mental clarity, renewed perspective and fresh insights after taking the course.

What better way to start the new year?

The course will include instruction in the Sudarshan Chakra Kriya, which enhances the SKY Breathing practice by utilizing the different energy centers (chakras) in the body to tap into subtler levels of meditation and deep rest.


  • Participants must have taken the Sudarshan Kriya (SKY) Breathing Course

  • Early Morning Yoga/SKY Session: 7:30am to 9:00am
  • Breakfast 9:00am-10:15am
  • Morning Session: 10:15am to 1:00pm
  • Lunch/Dinner Prep: 1:00pm-2:30pm
  • Afternoon Session: 2:30pm to 6:00pm
  • Dinner 6:00pm-7:30pm
  • Evening Session: 7:30pm-9:00pm
