About this Event

Hello Friends,Spring is on the horizon and 2021 has already been quite eventful. We hope to brighten up your year by offering an amazing brunch event preceded by a patron appreciation evening all benefitting Teen Challenge of Oklahoma Adolescent Programs(TC). This years them is The Power of Creativity where will take a glims at nature, art, and the power to create from a single ideaIf you are not farmiliar with this non-profit, it is made up of two programs, Brush Creek Ranch for boys and New Lifehouse for girls, At these two programs, youth with troubled lives come to seek shelter, safety, and life change. On beautiful Grand Lake in northeast Oklahoma, there are currently over 40 boys and girls getting the help the need to go on to live happy productive lives. Let us join together again to raise funds which will enable more youth to find life change in a Christian environment.On May 1st, get excited for a special event at Tulsa Botanic Gardens. Join us as we spend a morning with Josh Stout, renonewned Tulsa artist, as he enterntains us with his artistic talents. His painting will be auctioned off at the end of the event with several other iteams. While he paints, we will listen to a few speakers, including some students from both of the adolescent programs. Linda Goldner and Carol McGraw will share about the creation of these two spectacular programs. Executive Director Michael Lokey will share with us what the future holds. The Teen Challenge choir will inspire us with song. All thile enjoying a taste of heaven from Aila’s catering. You can find the menu on the back of this letter. After brunch is finished, we will be able to take a walk through the beautiful Tuls Botanic Gardens. What a treat! The event will be social distanced with an indoor outdoor open air feel.On April 22nd, 10 days before the Art of Living Well brunch, Carol McGraw will host a patron appreciation event, on historical Route 66 at Josh Stout Gallery. Come enjoy hour dourves and drinks, while viewing several local’s artists work. This exclusive art show will include works from, Josh Stout, Randy Oxley, Alene Davis, and Joe Don Brave. These four artists have been handpicked for their entertaining pieces. If you choose not to come to the brunch, you may enjoy this event for a s mall donation. Feel free to invite your friends and family to this event as well! The artist will have original paintings available and %15 of all proceeds will go to the TC programs scholarship fund!We look forward to spending this time with you, and thank you in advance for making a difference in the lives of so many youth!
