Description
Join Zimbabwean erotic author Tracy Kadungure and acclaimed visual artist Jacqueline Bishop, creator of the Female Sexual Desires Project, for a special book signing and discussion on Black feminine eroticism. The evening includes dramatic readings, by Marsha Cann and Sandrine Dupiton, from Kadungure’s erotic trilogy, The Tanaka Chronicles, which will be on sale at the event.
Co-presented by: ImageNation Cinema Foundation, African Voices Magazine, and the City College of New York Black Studies Program.
Also on view is Belletrix II, a Herstory Month exhibit featuring works by Lehna Huie, Jacqueline Bishop, Aleathia Brown, Koren Martin, Tasha Douge', Marthalicia Matarrita and Tavasha L. McDade.
