ART MASTERPIECE BOOTCAMP 2016
Spend the day with us and come away ready to implement a successful Art Masterpiece program at your school. Discover techniques for engaging students in visual thinking and close looking at art. Learn strategies to create meaningful hands-on activities. Meet other Art Masterpiece volunteers to exchange tips for confidently presenting art to students.

During registration, choose from the workshops that best fit your needs. We'll have hands-on, participatory sessions for both experienced Art Masterpiece presenters AND for those new to the program (or even just thinking about it!). Options include:

Registration includes admission to Phoenix Art Museum, catered lunch, resources, and workshop materials.
Where is the event?
Phoenix Art Museum is located on the northeast corner of McDowell and Central Ave., in Downtown Phoenix. Plenty of FREE parking is available in the museum lot, located just north of the Museum.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please leave all water bottles, food and beverages at home, as these are not allowed inside the Museum. Drinking fountains are always available. Lunch will be provided (please indicate if you need vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free option when registering).
Large bags, purses and all backpacks will need to be secured in the FREE lockers available in Greenbaum Lobby.
Please bring a pencil and notebook, so you can record all of the great ideas you'll hear.
The Museum tends to be chilly - you may want to bring a light sweater or jacket. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes as there will be much to see and do, during the event.
What is the refund policy?
If you no longer can attend, you can transfer your registration to a friend who can (see below).
Registration fees can be refunded as follows:
Cancel before September 2: 100% Registration Fee (minus $5 processing fee)
Cancel September 2-16: 75% Registration Fee (minus $5 processing fee)
After September 16: NO REFUNDS (transfers only)
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If your plans change, and you no longer can attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another educator who can. Please email us their full name, the name of the school where they teach, and email address.
