Speakers:

David D'Arcy is an arts journalist who regularly writes for the Art Newspaper and Observer, among other publications. He also featured in the 2010 documentary "Art of the Steal" about the Barnes Foundation. He will be speaking about What's New in Nazi-era Looted Art Restitution.

Katherine Wilson-Milne is an associate at Schindler Cohen & Hochman LLP. She is a member of SCH’s Art Law Group, where she advises clients in the art, cultural and creative communities on transactional matters, represents art clients in disputes, and provides general counsel services. She also co-hosts the Art Law Podcast and will be speaking about this project.

Hanoch Sheps is an associate at Mazzola Lindstrom LLP. He has experience with art law transactions and litigation and has also contributed numerous articles to the Center for Art Law. He will be speaking about Legal Issues in Art Storage.

Louise Carron is a recent LLM graduate from Cardozo School of Law and was one of the Center for Art Law's Spring 2018 legal interns. She has written about Blockchain and Cryptoart and will be speaking about Blockchain Technology.

Irina Tarsis is an art historian, attorney, and founder and executive director of the Center for Art Law. She is a member of the Art Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association and a member of the Executive Committee of the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. She will be speaking about the new Court of Arbitration for Art.
