About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

A series of online workshops that cover all the details and processes related to COCA’s Art in Public Places application. This series also provides tools for not only COCA’s other exhibition applications, but useful tools which can be carried over to art exhibition applications outside of COCA and in general.

COCA’s Public Art Manager, Sam Joslin, will go through the Art in Public Places application step-by-step. She will focus on frequently asked questions and previous areas of inquiry including image submissions requirements, artwork pricing advice, artwork hanging and sizing requirements, and other details of the application questions. Sam will give a supplementary workshop for more in-depth areas of exhibition applications. This will include “how to document your artwork for exhibition applications”, “how to write an exhibition proposal” and “how to write an artist statement”.
