Kalamazoo Valley Community College Presents: The Art in Animation Princess Ball, an Olivia Grace & Company Event!

Join the princesses from Olivia Grace & Company (OG&C) for an enchanting event on April 1 in the Commons Theater at Kalamazoo Valley Community College’s Texas Township Campus.

This event has been sponsored by the KVCC Applied Arts and Media Technologies Programs - and all proceeds from this event will go directly to our 'Magic Fund'. The Magic Fund sponsors events and experiences for children and families who need magic the most. We have been so blessed to donate over $100,000 in services to families and organizations like: Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, Shields of Hope, Mott's Children's Hospital, Make-a-Wish, and various local non-profits, small businesses, and community events. Your support will allow us to continue to make these magical contributions within our community! Thank YOU for believing in our dream!

The Kalamazoo Valley event is offered at three different times and includes meet-and-greet and photo opportunities with more than 10 characters, enchanting performances, dancing, and lots of magic.

This event offers three time-slots:

  • 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.


Due to capacity restrictions, every attendee MUST secure the appropriate ticket.

  • Child Admission: $35
  • Adult Admission: $25
  • Infant Admission (Under the age of 1): $15

Optional Add-ons:

Group Portrait Opportunity: During this exclusive opportunity with the entire cast, you will have the chance to capture a photo of your child with all 12 Princesses! Photos will be taken on your own devices - we do not have a professional photographer present at this event. ($15 per Child)

Crowning Moment: For true Princesses, purchase this add-on and Rapunzel will crown your child during the event with a metal and crystal tiara that your child will be able to take home and treasure for years to come! ($25 per Child)

Event Autograph Book: This special edition autograph book has been created to celebrate drawing and our characters! It is the perfect keepsake to remember this magical event! As you enjoy the celebration, be sure to ask each character to autograph your book! ($15 per Book) ($15 per Book)

Princess Merchandise Package (All Merchandise and Portrait Bundle): Includes Tiara/Crowning Moment, Event Autograph Book, AND admission to the VIP Portrait Opportunity at the end of the event. $55 Value. ($45 per Package) (Admission is NOT included in this package. This Merchandise Package must be purchased in addition to your and your child's ticket.)

Please Note:

  • Tickets are limited due to event venue capacity and to ensure a safe and magical experience for all.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your time-slot.
  • All our Performers must pass health screening before this event. We ask that you also monitor your family's health status and do not attend if you are not feeling well. Our princess performers will not be wearing masks.
  • Eventbrite is the ONLY legitimate ticket seller for this event. No outside sites or venues will sell tickets to this event.
  • Parents and/or guardians must accompany their child or children throughout the entire event.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a guest from our event for any reason.
  • This event does not include a meal.
  • By participating in this event, you agree to give consent to OG&C and its authorized representatives, granting them permission to photograph and/or video record your participation in this event.
  • Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but are completely transferable! If you are unable to attend, feel free to give your tickets to a friend or family member!
