About Connie Cuadrado

Connie Cuadrado, Director of Learning and Engagement at Sarasota Art Museum is a museum professional, teaching artist, and public innovator with extensive work experience and knowledge in contemporary art, arts integration, visual literacy, and community outreach. She has a BA in Fine Arts from the National University of Colombia and a master's degree in Museum Studies from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She has worked with the Education and outreach programs at Bogota’s Museum of Modern Art, Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, in Madrid, Harvard Art Museums, and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and Sarasota Art Museum. At Sarasota Art Museum she has developed content for educators and students of all ages to engage with contemporary art; she has also created various outreach and inclusion programs to serve all audiences while strengthening connections with the community.
