We will work in teams and make popular Arabic dishes while learning about the ingredients and flavors that define this fascinating, ancient cuisine. Beginners welcome!
On the Menu: Tabbouleh (Classic Arabic Salad); Saudi-Style White Rice; Dajaj Shawarma (Barbecued Chicken); Hamour Mahshi (Whole Fish with Garlic and Fresh Coriander); Khubz ‘Arabi (Scratch Pita Bread); Balah al-Sham (Cardamom Fritters with Walnuts and Orange-Blossom Syrup).
