Arms, Abs and Asanas 4 class Workshop

This class is for all ages and all fitness levels! Modifications will be offered throughout the class, and all you need is a pair of socks!
Join me for a 30 minute blast of HIIT total body work focusing on the arms and abs. We will incorporate yoga asanas for stretching. Our 30 minute blast will be followed by 30 minutes of deep stretching and relaxation with a yin/restorative session. Following our class, YOGAlicious’s very own Esther Kelly will share healthy recipes and smart eating tips. Cost is $15 per class, $60 for the series.
