Participants are required to fill in an indemnity form before the event.
Please gather at our KLCC Brand House (Level 3 of KLCC) half an hour before the event for registration.

High intensity of training to build endurance and strength using proper method and exercise techniques.

15 mins of Warm Down Yoga (Hansen Lee)
Stretching out to improve flexibility and increase body awareness.
