Are you looking for new ways to engage your customers? Join us for this year's World Usability Day in Arizona to learn how some of our local companies are using out-of-the-box techniques to increase customer engagement.
PayPal's design team, responsible for the complete re-design of the logged-in experience, will show us how customer engagement was at the heart of every change they made.
Pearson's design team will show us how they've incorporated weekly co-design sessions with children ages 7-12 into the product development process. Based on extensive research from the University of Maryland, the learners will provide an overview of innovative techniques, several of which utilize common office materials and household items, to uncover latent needs.
ethology's design team will lead an interactive design workshop that encourages working together to practice several design-thinking mindsets - Radical Collaboration, Bias to Action, Build to Think, Failing Fast, Test and Iterate.
In addition to the great information, you won't want to miss out on the fun!
- Raffle drawings for awesome prizes, including: Morae, Camtasia, SnagIt, Proto.io, Axure Pro, Sketch, OmniGraffle Pro and an iPad!
- Networking with local design professionals.
- Lively music and delicious food.
