The Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) invites you to attend the 4th annual World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD) Conference on June 13 and 14, 2022 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix-Tempe, Arizona. To attend and/or exhibit, register on this site.
The goal of this conference is to elevate the issue of elder abuse, neglect and exploitation in Arizona and provide education on best practices for prevention including networking opportunities for professionals supporting older adults.

DAAS supports at-risk Arizonans to meet their basic needs and to live safely, with dignity and independence. Services and programs reach a diverse population of Arizonans from homeless youth to older adults. DAAS programs and services include Adult Protective Services (APS) and Community Service Programs (CSP) which strengthens the safety net for vulnerable and at-risk individuals and families through community services and engagement by providing services for domestic violence, homelessness, hunger, community and home-based services, disability, refugee and aging services.
