Arete Women's Running Camp in Santa Barbara (adults only)


August 16 - 19 (Thursday - Sunday)

Spend a weekend getaway in Santa Barbara falling in love with running in one of the most beautiful places on earth! Participate in trail and coastal runs, bonding activities, reacreational fun, running mechanics, and goal planning. You will leave the camp rejuvenated and inspired in your running and other aspects of your life.


TIME

  • Arrival between 2 -3 pm Thursday through departure 12pm Sunday


INVESTMENT

  • $450 per person / deposit $150 to reserve a space - balance charged June 1.


INCLUDES:

  • Lodging at camp (Air BnB), some meals, snacks, and beverages

  • Guided runs, form and mechanices demonstration

  • Meditation, cross training {fun!} class, inspiring talks from Arete co-founders

  • Goal-setting takeaway materials

  • Swag bag from our team sponsors, including an exclusive Arete camp training tank


**Deposit of $150 due to reserve a space. Balance due June 1. Deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards a credit for 2019 team membership if cancelled by June 1. Cancellations accepted up to June 1 but after that date, deposit becomes non-refundable.

-Learn from our experts proper running mechanices to minimize the risk of injury and improve your efficiency so you feel good and run faster for years to come

- Inspiring talk and discussion with Arete Co-Founders Mary and Melissa. What it means to show up for yourself and the people in your life. Open discussion and writing.
* Meditation, Mindfulness and Running Joyfully
- Guided meditation and disucssion

* Optional second run
* Dinner Family Style

* Trail Run led by rabbit owner and trail runner Monica Devreese
