About this event

Building a hopeful digital future

The COVID-19 crisis uncovered how many people are excluded from socialising, working and learning online. Organisations all face similar challenges that come along with the desire to be fully digital without excluding anybody.

How can we move towards a more inclusive and hopeful digital future without unexpected consequences that reinforce exclusion? How can human-centered design play a role in this transformation? In this edition we'll explore how different organisations approach this challenge.

What is ARENA?

ARENA is a small one-evening conference for professionals. Twice a year we choose a topic that we find relevant in our society and where service design could play a rol, and we invite two speakers to share their expertise about it from different perspectives. Some of our previous editions focused on accessibility, the future of work, human-centred organisations, education...

Besides our two speakers, different partners bring their projects to The Marketplace, a place where our guests get the chance to see, explore and experience the secrets of the topic in question.

Inspiring evenings full of marvel and action, proudly brought to you by Knight Moves.
