Description

Are You Fit Enough to Complete Your Bucket List?

Jacqueline Sinke, Personal Trainer/Health Coach, Fitness and Function.

Active aging, traveling, enjoying recreational activities, and active independent living to 90+ years of age requires good strength, stamina, and balance. Discover the key for mature and older adults to be able to age well and stay actively engaged in life, and discover the major threat to losing independence and how to protect your self.

Just like financial planning for retirement, wellness planning for retirement when you are in your 40’s and 50’s in preparation to aging well to advanced age 90+ needs to take priority sooner is better than later. Research shows that the best way that aging adults can assure a better and possibly high quality of life is by taking an active role in disease and injury prevention. Find out the level of functional fitness needed providing you with the best chance of staying independent. We provide a demonstration of three assessments that can provide you with information if you are indeed fit enough to complete you bucket list, obtain resources on how to improve your ability to complete and maybe even extend your Bucket List. We provide opportunity for attendees to complete some or all of these assessment or receive the information to do these privately at home.
