A lead title with Harvard Business Review Press, the book focuses on the personality characteristics of highly successful entrepreneurs from across the landscape of business.

There are many other excellent resources focusing on the why's, what's and how's of growing successful businesses. John and his co-author, Chris Kuenne, focus instead on The Who - The personalities of the men and women at the center of the entrepreneurial process.
