During these stressful times, we tend to stress eat. To make matters worse, many of the foods we reach for only end up causing us to feel more anxious and stressed!
Join us to learn what types of foods to reach for that don’t have that effect — and can actually be helpful, nutritious and provide a similar sense of satisfaction.
Presenter: Rebecca Lindberg, MPH, RDN
Rebecca Lindberg is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with more than 30 years experience developing and implementing innovative approaches to inspire improved health and well-being. She is a health and wellness consultant and is also co-founder of Rumblings Media. She has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics, a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, and her master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition.
Many of you know Rebecca from the eight years she spent at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation working with the Heart of New Ulm Project and we’re thrilled to welcome her back as our presenter!
