ARDUINO: FLORA & LEDs
Saturday, December 14, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (EST)
Brooklyn, United States
Learn how to control LEDs with the Arduino-compatable FLORA from Adafruit. Project possibilities are limited only by your imagination! For our class demo we'll focus on drawing pixel ring patterns using the 16 RGB LEDs on a NeoPixel ring.
See it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGua6Dc0fVs
When you leave, you'll have a great start on your next wearable project or holiday decoration.
Please be ready to start at 1pm! We find that you will need this time to get through the whole class. Our classes tend to sell out about a week in advance so if you're interested, you may want to sign up early. Please bring a laptop with the Arduino environment and FTDI drivers preinstalled on it. It's available at http://learn.adafruit.com/getting-started-with-flora/download-software
The class will be taught by NYC Resistor member Trammell Hudson.
