Event description

Description

In a collaborative, team-based environment, high school students will apply STEM related skills to a problem solving activity including a programming exercise, model building and selection of interior finishes. They will also learn about various software programs used to create architectural renderings and video animations.

This workshop is designed specifically for high school students.


ALSC Architects has gained local, regional and national recognition for the design of innovative architecture that engages the mind, body and spirit. With offices in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, ALSC employs 45 architects, interior designers, technical and administrative personnel. Landmark projects in the Spokane area that ALSC has designed include the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena, Gonzaga University’s McCarthey Athletic Center, the Cougar Football Complex and Martin Stadium Expansion at Washington University, and the North Spokane, Central Spokane and Spokane Valley YMCA’s.
