The Seaside Institute, the University of Miami School of Architecture, and the Institute of Classical Art & Architecture presents ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP with STEVEN BROOKE.
Internationally renowned architectural photographer Steven Brooke conducts this dynamic 5-day workshop, combining the history of architectural depiction and composition with an accessible approach to the technical demands of photographing architecture, landscape, and
interiors. The workshop is for students of all ability levels and backgrounds - from professional architects and real estate professionals, to travelers for whom architecture and design is a passion. The workshops cover the photography of individual buildings, streetscapes, landscapes, interiors, and night photography, and include instruction in photographic techniques, composition and post-production.
Class Times: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Steven Brooke has exclusively photographed architecture and design for over 35 years with a clientele that includes the most prominent names in these fields. He is the recipient of the National AIA Honor Award in Photography, the highest award in this field, and received the Rome Prize from the American Academy in Rome. Steven has over 40 published books on architecture and design, nine of which he has written, 18 of which were published by Rizzoli, the leading art and architecture book publisher in the world. Steven is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Architecture.
