Players will learn pre-practice preparation, stretches, drills, and how players handle the rigors of a 40-game season. After the defensive session, the camp will transition into the gym for a hitting session. Players will have a chance to work with the players and hitting coaches on drills, progression, and the mental aspect of hitting. Pitchers will be registering for the afternoon session starting at 11:45 AM. Second session will start at 12:15 PM. Pitchers will learn from current Arcadia pitching coaches and pitchers, going through pre-practice stretches, band routines, throwing program, and at the end of the session, a bullpen session.
