A 1-Day Aquatic Veterinary Continuing Education & Professional Development Mini-Symposium for Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians & Fish Owners (Vets & Vet Techs earn 6 hours of RACE-approved CE)

About the Speakers

Dr. Scarfe has 35+ years of experience in aquatic veterinay medicine and is currently CEO of Aquatic Veterinary Associates International, LLC, Professor and Director of the Aquatic Veterinary Center of Excellence (University of Pretoria, S. Africa) & Associate Director of the International Aquatic Veterinary Biosecurity Consortium (Munich, Germany).

Dr. Sanders is head veterinaian & owner of Aquatic Veterinary Services a full-service fish veterinary hospital and private practice in Soquel, CA, and offers mobile veterinary services to fish owners in Southern California and surrounding areas.

Dr. Miller-Morgan is a clinical veterinarian, extension specialist & Assistant Professor/Instructor with the Aquatic Animal Health Program, Oregon Sea Grant, Department of Biomedical Sciences, Aquatic Animal Health Management/Aquarium Science Program and Zebrafish Diagnostic and Health Service/Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, at Oregon Coast Community College and College of Veterinary Medicine, Oregon State University.

Dr. Siant-Erne practiced small animal and exotic pet medicine for 15 years in Las Vegas and, since1999, he has been the Quality Assurance Veterinarian for PetSmart Inc. and supervises the care of the fish and reptiles sold at over 1,500 PetSmart stores in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, and oversees the health care of the tropical fish in 5 distribution facilities, each containing over 4,000 fish tanks with state-of-the-art recirculating filtration systems.
