Aqua Mom's Water Aerobics

Aqua Fitness enables you to exercise throughout your pregnancy because there is little risk of injury. Exercising in water offers many benefits for a Mother-to-be, both physiologically and psychologically. Water provides a safe and relaxing atmosphere that women can use to work with, as their bodies change and grow. Exercising in the water not only promotes strength, flexibility, and cardio-respiratory conditioning, but it offers comfort and relaxation. Immersed in water, you seem to defy gravity!
Participation in the aqua mom program requires written approval from your physician or midwife. A signed note from your doctor must be presented before you begin the class. Punch passes are non-refundable. Punch passes are good one year from Eventbrite purchase date.
Classes are scheduled throughout the year on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm. To join a class, follow these steps:
1. Call our office to schedule an intake screening with one of our therapists at 801-825-8091.
2. Purchase a 1, 5 or 10 class punch pass on Eventbrite.
3. Print and bring you Eventbrite reciept/ticket with you to your intake screening appointment. Your therapist will then exchange the receipt for a physical punch pass to bring to each class.
