“What Would You Do If . . . ”
PRMS has identified the issue of lack of knowledge of the proper responses to certain common, often distressing scenarios in psychiatric practice to be an educational need based on calls to the Risk Management Consultation Service from psychiatrists insured with PRMS. Participants will synthesize responses to law enforcement demands to see patient records, high-profile cases, “Friend” requests from patients, pharmacist reports of prescription alteration by patients, among others. Participants will submit scenarios for consideration based on their practice experiences.
PRMS is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
PRMS designates this live activity for a maximum of two (2.0) AMA PRA Category 1
