This months cupping focuses on an impartial look at the differences between speciality and commodity coffee. It will involve a brief discussion and Q&A session surrounding why we think there is a place in the market for both. This session will aim to arm you with enough knowledge to be able to make well informed decsions with regards to coffee.
On the first Wednesday of each month we run informal cupping sessions open to all.
Coffee cupping is a method used to observe and compare the qualities, tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. It is a professional technique, but can be practiced by anyone who would like to understand more about different coffees. The sessions start at 6pm, last approximately 1-1.5 hours and are free to attend. All are welcome - no experience necessary!
Our sessions are free to attend and guided by members of the team.
