Inside Out Leadership Development

David West grew up in Orlando, but has been in the Tampa area for most of his adult life. He has served as a preacher for area churches for several decades. He has also worked in the world of business as an Executive Director for Keep Pasco Beautiful and the Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce, in marketing for The Tampa Tribune and The Tampa Bay Times, in sales and journalism for The Pasco News, as well as helping write a Business Continuity Plan for Pandemic Influenza for Pasco County Emergency Management and the Pasco County Health Department.

David has now started his own business, Inside Out Leadership Development, where he provides business and life coaching, soft-skill training, strategic planning, team building and motivational speaking. He loves "helping people get out of their own way" so they can move forward with their plans and dreams.

He has served as Rotary District Governor, President of the Dade City Chamber of Commerce, Wesley Chapel Speaks Toastmasters, Lacoochee Boys and Girls Club, and others. He has served on numerous boards of directors including United Way, Junior Achievement, and Leadership Pasco. He has been a key player in starting seven Rotary clubs, two Toastmasters clubs, two businesses, a church, and several other organizations. He has been named

Rotary District Rotarian of the Year, Dade City Citizen of the Year (2x), Chamber Member of the Year, and received the President's Award from two chambers among others. He is a graduate of Leadership Pasco and Leadership Tampa Bay. He is married to Vickie, has three grown children and five grandchildren.

David will be helping us learn how to make the vision and message of our organizations memorable and motivating.
