TOWN HALL CONFERENCE CALL

Call in. Listen. Ask Questions.

IPPF Medical Advisory Board and P/P expert, Dr. M. Peter Marinkovich, will be joining the IPPF for a Town Hall Conference Call on April 22, 2011 at 5:00 pm Pacific Time / 8:00 pm Eastern Time. Dr. Marinkovich is also Director of the Bullous Disease Clinic at Stanford University, California.

Dr. Marinkovich's primary focus is on Dermatology, Autoimmune Blistering Diseases, and Epidermolysis Bullosa. Published extensively, Dr. Marinkovich co-authored the report, "What's New in Blistering Disorders" in 2007 - a report that has been cited numerous times for the insight and findings he presented.

Join the IPPF on April 22 to listen to Dr. Marinkovich talk about pemphigus and pemphigoid - and ask him your own questions! Please remember that he cannot give specific medical advice, but he can definitely help you ask your doctor the right questions or provide some added insight.

Dial In Instructions

Callers are responsible for all charges incurred by calling the (760) area code.

Instructions and the call in number/PIN will be provided via email on or about April 11, 2011.

The Format

Attendees will call in from their own phone (landline, cellphone, etc). Attendees will be provided the access phone number and PIN in advance.

Callers will provide their name, as requested, before entering the conference.

Callers will be initially be placed on MUTE to keep noise to a minimum. A representative from the IPPF will open the meeting after which Dr. Marinkovich will begin his presentation. When it is time for questions from attendees, instructions will be provided on how to be placed in the Question Queue by "rasing their hand" (a code to enter your phone that will be given to you during the meeting).

Callers will be allowed to ask their question in the order they "raise their hand". Callers will be allowed one main question and one follow up question depending on the number of attendees and the size of the Question Queue.

An IPPF staff member, Peer Health Coach, or moderator will be available at all times in a separate "room" for open discussion. Instructions will be provided by email and during the meeting.
