By JCPSForward

Date and time

Thursday, April 13, 2017 · 4:30 - 5:30pm EDT

Location

Vanhoose Education Center

Superintendent's Conference Room 3332 Newburg Road Louisville, KY 40218

Description

Collective Voices sessions take place in the Superintendent's Conference Room on the third floor of the Vanhoose Education Center from 4:30-5:30. Each session consists of 12 guests, Dr, Hargens and facilitator MeMe Ratliff. Snacks will be provided.

After a brief video of what the year 2020 might look like in JCPS, Dr. Hargens will give an overview of the strategic plan. A round table discussion will follow, with participants sharing the experiences in their schools and across the district that demonstrate our vision and ways we can improve. The session culminates with a dialogue on ways JCPS employees can make Vision 2020 come to life on a daily basis. Sessions are positive and solutions-oriented.

Due to the incredible success of our initial series of sessions, Dr. Hargens extended an invitation for each employee that attended to invite a peer who was going the extra mile for our students. You were nominated by one of those attendees.

Since session space is limited to 12 guests, you must act quickly to register. Additional sessions will be planned regularly throughout the year; you will continue to receive an invite for each additional session.
