BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!
A highly engaged team emerges when each person gives and receives deliberate, individual encouragement. The challenge: people express and receive appreciation in different ways.
The solution: learn how to encourage in ways specific to individuals. This training experience, based on The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace, equips management, supervisors, and work teams with proven, practical steps to build a positive culture of value and affirmation. Each participant will take the Motivating by Appreciation Inventory, an online assessment tool that takes 20 minutes to complete prior to training.
Your organization will transform as you:
- Learn to effectively communicate appreciation to teammates in ways most meaningful to the recipient resulting in more positive relationships
- Improve employee/volunteer retention when these concepts are applied; save time, energy, and money through more effective appreciation
- Increase understanding of each other’s differences (this training is a strong complement to personality profiles like DISC, Kolbe, StrengthsFinder, etc.)
Together, everyone on your team can begin to speak one another’s language. As a result, you will build a more productive and enjoyable work environment.
You and other LNA members will experience this workshop so you can best determine how to bring this initiative to your organization.
“The Languages of Appreciation workshop was very eye-opening and inspiring. It has helped us be more intentional about encouraging one another, and also set a more considerate tone among employees. Becky does a great job of presenting the information in a non-threatening way and brings it together to be used tangibly within your organization.”

“Becky does a great job of facilitating leadership training. Her relaxed style and outgoing personality put participants at ease from the start. I have participated in a number of these groups and have found them interesting, educational and fun. I heartily recommend Becky to any organization looking to enhance the leadership skills of the team.”
